I have tried the above e mail address without success. My query is, that I regularly book train tickets on line but never receive a confirmation email. Why is this?

Hi Linda,
some times our e-mails don't reach certain addresses such as @aol.com or @btinternet.com. We do find that sometimes our e-mails go into the Spam folders of these e-mail accounts, so be sure to check your spam folder!
