So how will i know on the ticket if i have a groupsave ?
Marj it will clearly show on the ticket that its a groupsave fare. Raileasy will automatically get you the groupsave fare based on your travel journey, train operating company and passengers where applicable. Its a great option for travelling into London for the day.
In the course of the last month I have booked seven tickets via RAILEASY. The amount debited to my Debit Card each time is always a "Pound or so plus" more than figures on the ticket and invoice. Is this extra amount the booking charge ?Should not this amount figure on my bill figure in the total, so it corresponds with the amount that figures on my bank statement. Thanks for your clarification. Sincerely DAVID LEAKE
Hi David,
The receipt you get when your tickets are printed at a machine is just for the prioce of the tickets. The £1 is a "booking fee" but it's actually what we get cahrged by the train operators for the use of their machines at a station. Your email confirmation will always have the total for the booking as displayed on the booking screen before you purchase. I hope this answers your question but please mail me at mikerichardson@raileasy.co.uk if you need more info.
regards,
Mike (Raileasy)
