i like the site but when can i book tickets online? and do i have to register to do so? ( i hate that )
will your site be able to book cycle reservations as that would be easier and cheaper than calling up the rail companies.
Likes: excellent fare search and presentation of results, Groupsave, London International, appearance of the site.
Don't like: booking fee, debit card fee, premium-rate contact number.
Enter journey details, "find tickets", then "Click here to change these details". The details displayed for changing are frequently not the same as on the previous screen - number of passengers, railcard selection and origin/destination can all change. This can be very confusing as you can end up searching for something you don't expect.
i have just looked up the fares from chichester to london. i know that the cheapest return fare is £13 as i have bought it often. Its not shown on your site although about 50 combinations of more expensive tickets are. How did you miss it?
Why can't we get inclusive rail tickets from UK stations to Eurpe to include Eurostar and TGV fares, being so called Europeans it would seem the thing to do.
I would like to be able to select direct trains only
Need to provide advisory information about booking UK trains from non-UK locations such as USA. Is it OK? Does the Ticket On Departure process work?
Excellent site for info on times and ticket prices, well done.
Any chance of selecting train times from the hours and the half hours?
I understand pensioners can purchace an annual railcard at a considerable saving, However I cannot find this anywhere on your site!
An entry giving this info will save on phoning the premium phone lines listed for the information needed.
Is a group travel ticket for youth groups a possibility?
Maybe if we could book multiple railcards one the same booking it would be good.
Whenever I try to amend my search when looking at different times, dates, single and return journies I always get referred back to my first entry. Please advise how this can be changed. I have on occasions visited other train sites and booked tickets because of this issue
Hi Dawn,
It's a caching issue and we are looking at it.

Hi,
Raileasy is great and has saved me heaps on my train tickets.
Just one question - why is your primary web page so busy? I only want to buy a train ticket but have to read banners and advertisements for other products which is somewhat frustrating.
As a result I far prefer to book my tickets on your sister page Rail Saver (www.railsaver.co.uk) whose page layout is far more concise and user friendly.
Other than that keep up the good work and finding us those low fares!
Jason
Hi Jason,
Thanks for your comments, it's kind of you to take the trouble.

It would be nice to have been able to book first class seats for the outgoing and return train journey. I recently booked return tickets from london waterloo to Brockenhurst and booked first class on the outward journey, but found no first class seats on offer for the return journey.
Hi Kay,
We check first class fares even when you just select standard class because sometimes first class is cheaper. If there are no good first class offers, we won't display first class. Did you select first class on the homepage, that is the way to ensure you get all first class fares.

Are there any trains to Devon!!!
It would be good if one could search from the type of ticket (e.g. advance - cheap ones) and see what is still available.
Even when I try to book 8, 10 or 12 weeks ahead, there does not seem to be any Advance tickets. If I knew one was available a few hours earlier, or even the prior day, I might be able to fix work to fit around the cheaper fare.
It would be a bit like the +/- flexibility options website for flight like skyscanner.net have.
Might raileasy be able to do that? Otherwise, you have to keep adding loads of dates/times in a vain seach for he cheap ones.
Commendable job!! out of the box thinking.
