i am not sure where to turn but it seems more and more train companies in the UK are inflating their prices, reducing their services and generally giving us the cosumer a rough ride so to speak, who governs this sort of thing and why cant we have more say in what the train companies do, sorry a rant after a 2 hour delay getting to portsmouth

dont get me started! i commute 5 days a week to waterlook from guildford which should take me roughly 30 minutes but over the last 16 years of getting a train into london i find the service at an all time low, chaos at waterloo and a general bad vibe with other commuters who see disgruntled in being jammed in carriages that dont have enough seats of standing space not to mention the folded bicycles cramming the floor area and those tossers using their mobile phones within a foot or so from you. what can we do?
Hi there, do these comments get monitored? If I was to put something really bad here would anyone spot it? ;-). Thanks Neil, we will monitor and approve all posts before they go live
